Q: Why is CBI’s price higher than my brother-in-law or someone who can do it cheaper?

A: Our prices are neither the “cheapest” nor the most expensive. They are based on what it costs to run a quality company to perform the best service, including: insurances, project management, experience, skill, and the use of quality materials. We have the finest architects, designers, craftsman, electricians, painters, plumbers, and landscapers working with us to ensure that your project has all the assembled talent you need. 

Q: Can I pick up the materials myself and have you install them?

A: We don’t advise this because we can’t commit to a schedule nor guarantee the project. Materials could arrive damaged, late or be incompatible with the specifications of the job. Our relationships with our suppliers ensure better availability and pricing.

Q: Can I or someone else do part of the work and have CBI do the rest of the job?

A: In almost every case this is not a good idea. A project is an integrated system of knowledge, capabilities, skill, materials, schedules, and project management. To do the project with the least disruption and arrive at an ideal finish, it’s best to give it to an experienced professional team who is accountable for the success of the entire project.
